Overview

The Smart Suite feature is an all-in-one promotional tool designed for artists and labels to centralize music marketing efforts. The feature generates dynamic promotional pre-saves and streaming links and creates customizable micro-sites that can integrate merchandise and tour dates all within a single all on one platform.

The goal of this project was to create a sticky ecosystem that replaces fragmented workflows with a seamless, intuitive experience for managing and sharing streaming links and promotional content.

Problem

Artists and labels rely on multiple disconnected tools to promote releases. I.e. link-in-bio platforms, pre-save and streaming link generator and ecommerce stores. Having to use multiple products creates the frustration of:

Inconsistent branding across platforms
Lost fan engagement due to disjointed user flows
Limited visibility into performance across channels
Repetitive workflow for every new release

How might we create a single destination for promotional tools that simplifies this process for artists all while improving the experience for fans?

Enable a customized feel to match artist branding

Insights

Promotion is time-sensitive: the earlier artist can share pre-save links, the more time fans have to pre-save
Customization equals credibility: artists want pages that reflect their brand, not generic templates.
Fans want fewer clicks: every extra decision point reduces conversion (pre-saves, streams, merch).
Existing tools solve one problem at a time: artist often juggle 3-5 platforms per release.

Outcome

Dynamic Promotional Links - Smart Links

Smart Links allows artists and labels to generate a single dynamic link that:

Automatically adapts based on release stage (pre-save vs. post-release)
Gives fans the ability to stream on their preferred platform (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
Let’s artist customize the display order of streaming services to better serve their fanbase

Customizable Micro-Sites - Smart Pages

Each Smart Page can can serve as a fully customizable micro-site featuring:

Custom colors, typography, and imagery
Modular sections (past releases, merch, tour dates, videos, email sign-up and more)
Fully custom block editor to make page creation and editing quick and simple
