Led the end-to-end design of Artist Microsites, a customizable link-in-bio platform that enabled artists to centralize promotional content. Designed both the fan-facing experience and the internal content management ecosystem, including a drag-and-drop page builder, onboarding flow, and analytics dashboard. Drove adoption across 1,000+ artists, increasing platform retention and fan engagement.
Overhauled the album upload, creation, and distribution workflow by restructuring inputs and improving upload status indicators. Reduced flow drop-off by 30%, increasing completed album releases and driving growth in monthly royalty revenue.
Served as Design Lead for the Tech Services team, partnering with high-priority enterprise clients to deliver scalable white-label platform experiences. Designed and maintained 50+ branded implementations.
