Re-designed the Learn to Skate program brochure from Union Sports Arena is Union, NJ.

Below are side by sides of the before and after of this re-design. The original brochure was cluttered, cramped, and confusing making it difficult to retain information from. My goal with this redesign was to condense the text into digestible pieces and make the experience easier for the employees handling the form. The original design called for the customer to sign both side of the page creating confusion when trying to register. I utilized the blank page from the original and put the wiver there (front side). This made it so both sections that the customer needed to interact with were side by side.
